Senior Human Resources Recruiter (Remote)
$23 - $25 per hourGuardian Tax
Guardian Tax is hiring a full-time Sr. Recruiter to support multiple open roles and keep the hiring process moving in a 100% in-office setting in Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities Recruit for multiple openings across a growing company
Source and identify qualified candidates using Indeed , LinkedIn , job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct phone interviews
Schedule and coordinate interview stages with hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Follow up with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns
Track recruiting activity including interviews, offers, hires, and retention
Partner with HR and department managers to meet hiring goals
Develop creative ideas to attract top talent
Requirements Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience (required)
Confident on the phone
Tech-savvy and able to learn new recruiting platforms
Major plus: experience recruiting for sales , call centers , tax , financial services , customer service , or other high-volume roles
Compensation USD 23-25 per hour
Starting pay at $23/hour plus performance bonuses
Bonus potential tied to recruiting performance and hiring results
100% In-Office
Full-Time
