We are hiring a Senior Search Consultant to own searches end-to-end — from market mapping and candidate outreach to assessment, shortlist delivery, and placement. This is not a resume-pushing role. It is for someone who can run disciplined searches, recruit passive talent, and deliver strong outcomes without sacrificing standards. If you perform in this role, you will become a core production leader inside TAG with meaningful ownership and long-term growth opportunity as the firm scales.
