About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Full Desk Recruiter, 360 Recruiter, Agency Recruiter, or Executive Recruiter to join a fully remote recruiting team. This role is designed for an experienced, sales-driven recruiter with a proven track record of building client relationships, generating new business, sourcing top talent, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. The position offers a highly competitive 50% to 60% commission structure (NO DRAW) , with significant earning potential for recruiters capable of producing $500,000 or more in annual billings . The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, competitive, self-motivated, and experienced in both business development and candidate recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including business development, client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, placement, and account management.
• Generate new business through cold calling, outbound prospecting, email outreach, networking, referrals, social selling, and relationship-driven sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers across targeted industries and markets.
• Build long-term client relationships by understanding hiring needs, advising on talent acquisition strategies, and consistently delivering qualified candidates.
• Source and recruit high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, professional networks, referrals, direct sourcing, and passive candidate outreach.
• Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls to evaluate experience, technical skills, compensation expectations, career objectives, and overall fit.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining consistent communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate recruiting agreements, placement fees, compensation packages, offers, and closing terms while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, client opportunities, placements, revenue forecasts, and sales metrics within an ATS or CRM.
• Consistently achieve individual production goals with an expectation of developing or maintaining a desk capable of generating $500,000 or more in annual recruiting billings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter, 360 Recruiter, Agency Recruiter, Executive Recruiter, Staffing Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, or similar revenue-generating recruiting professional.
• Demonstrated success in both recruiting and business development, including acquiring new clients and filling direct hire, contract, contract-to-hire, or executive search positions.
• Strong personal production history, with the ability to build and manage a recruiting desk capable of generating $500,000 or more in annual billings.
• Proven sales ability with experience in cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, client development, account management, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to independently manage the entire recruitment and sales process in a 100% remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize business development, recruiting activity, client communication, and candidate management.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with a high-commission compensation structure and measurable sales, recruiting, placement, and revenue goals.

Desired Qualifications:

• Established book of business, client relationships, industry network, or repeat hiring manager relationships.
• History as a top-producing recruiter, including annual billings of $500,000 or more.
• Experience recruiting within specialized, technical, professional, executive, engineering, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, finance, accounting, IT, or other high-demand talent markets.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter, sales automation tools, and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a recruiting desk, penetrate new accounts, develop a market, and grow recurring revenue.
• Strong closing skills with a track record of converting prospecting activity into signed clients, job orders, candidate interviews, offers, and successful placements.
