Temp/Travel -Registered Nurse (RN) ICU (Nights)

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

The position is for a registered nurse with experience in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from cardiac surgeries, ensuring their stability and comfort during their recovery period.

Manage patient care for fresh post-op cardiac cases including CABG, MVR, AVR, and TAVR.

Utilize advanced cardiac equipment such as Impella, IABP, and CRRT using PrisMax.

Perform critical procedures including chest tube insertion/removal, ventilator management, and monitoring of dysrhythmias.

Conduct assessments and respond to emergency situations efficiently.

Active NJ or Compact RN license required.

SICU experience may be considered with initial training in CVICU.
