What You'll Do

Master the art of preparation and setup for a variety of foods, including meats, fish, and poultry at our renowned broiler and sauté stations.

Maintain our high standards by selecting and using only the finest ingredients.

Ensure the proper storage and sanitation of all products and workspaces, adhering to health regulations with meticulous care.

Support our team with other essential tasks, contributing to our seamless operation.

Qualifications And Skills

Preferably holding a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required: Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification and Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification.

At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.

Strong understanding of health regulations and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Physical ability to carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds through bustling environments.

Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
