SUMMARY A Selector is responsible for evaluating and selecting various types of milk products based on quality, specifications, and customer requirements.

Apply the appropriate customer information to the product they select.

Document code dates on load sheets as required.

Identify and report all quality issues to their supervisor.

Picks up trash and cooler spills from the work area and hoses down the chains, chain covers, and the floor daily.

Manually palletizing products using a hand truck (dolly).

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime. BASIC REQUIREMENTS High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or International Education Equivalent. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively through multiple channels oral, written, visual, and non-verbal ensuring our messages are understood and delivered appropriately, whether in-person or digitally.

WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment may require working in the cooler room with varying degrees of temperature and may include contact with water or dairy liquids.
