PCI is seeking an experienced Receptionist for its PCI Seattle 552 administration operations based in Woodinville, WA . Answering incoming calls, greeting guests at the door, monitoring Voicemail
Branch support/back up on various administrative tasks
Electronically filing documents
Lunch orders, Office/Jobsite Supply Orders & Restock
At least 2-year professional work experience in any field
Must possess advanced proficiency with Customer Service
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience with Excel preferred
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Working knowledge of cloud‑based filing systems/Box
