Luminary Hospice in Texas seeks an After-Hours Registered Nurse to support patient needs in the evenings and overnight, Monday-Thursday 5:00 PM-8:30 AM with a rotating weekend shift Friday 5 PM through Monday 8:30 AM. You will build from community resources to plan and direct services in patients' homes and communities after hours.
