Additional Information: The unit has a capacity of 23 beds, serving patients with advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathy, Acute Coronary Syndrome, pre and post cardiac surgery, and other related cardiac disorders. Patient ages range from young adult to late adult (18+). The core staffing plan is flexible, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Nurse Interns (NIs). An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team.
