Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the company's quality standards. Leads cross-functional teams, collaborate with different departments, and oversee all aspects of project management, from initiation to completion.

Key Metrics:
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and a shared understanding of project goals and objectives.
Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resources, and expenses effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to keep the project on track.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and client expectations.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure project success through client communication, meeting deadlines and producing required deliverables.

Coordinate with HR as needed to maintain compliance and necessary documents for company actions.

Core Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Oversee project planning, resource coordination, and execution across multiple phases of FTTH projects.
Lead internal communication, maintaining alignment between departments, crews, and leadership.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting, documentation, and communication to stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with company standards, HR requirements, policies, and safety expectations.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes and implementing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategy.
Identify risks early, create mitigation plans, and proactively address issues.
Monitor all project activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and procedural standards.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, motivate, and support cross-functional project teams.
Maintain oversight of team responsibilities and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
Conduct monthly performance reviews for team members; create goal-oriented and improvement plans.
Coordinate with HR to maintain compliance and ensure proper documentation of personnel-related actions.
Budget & Resource Management
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain cost efficiency.
Ensure optimal use of labor, materials, tools, and external resources.
Quality Assurance
Verify that all deliverables meet company quality standards and client expectations.
Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and properly organized.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Prepare regular project status reports, presentations, and documentation.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure expectations are met.
Support the successful delivery of all client-facing milestones and deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing complex projects from initiation through completion.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
Experience within telecom, fiber construction, utility coordination, or related fields.
