Step Into Care Excellence - Preferred Podiatry Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver podiatric-focused care in long-term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living facilities. Join a growing team dedicated to clinical excellence, patient mobility, and quality of life.

Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities

• Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
• Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
• Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad

Flexible scheduling

• Ongoing training, mentorship, and development
• Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• 2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training (preferred)
• Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred)
• Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. 1 day/week = $22,000-$34,000 annually; Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance. A comprehensive overview of our compensation structure will be provided during the interview process.
