What You’ll Do

Dial It In: Maintain the quality of our espresso throughout the shift, adjusting grind and dose as needed for the perfect shot.

Latte Art & Prep: Steam silky micro foam for traditional and specialty drinks (latte art skills are a huge plus!).

Guest Education: Help our guests navigate the menu, from a classic Cortadito to our seasonal specialty lattes.

Efficiency: Manage high-volume rushes with speed and precision, ensuring every drink meets our standards.

Maintenance: Keep your station and espresso machine pristine—a clean bar is a happy bar.

What You Bring

Specialty Experience: 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or hospitality environment.

Passion: A genuine interest in coffee origins, roasting, and preparation.

Hospitality First: A friendly, outgoing personality that can handle the Miami morning rush with a smile.

Flexibility: Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a high-volume bar.

Lifting and moving supplies (milk crates, coffee bags) up to 30lbs.
