We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to build and oversee the company’s administrative and compliance foundation.

Employment documentation and HR administrative processes

Compliance filings (including SAM.gov and related registrations)

IT and software vendor coordination

Office and warehouse administrative logistics

Administrative follow-through and compliance tracking

Builds clarity and consistency across documentation and vendor management

Reduces administrative interruption to leadership

Experienced in business operations or administrative leadership

Comfortable managing compliance and vendor coordination

Calm, structured, and proactive

Full Time: On-Site
