Director, Human Resources – Corporate Business Operations Location: Shape the People Strategy Behind the Business Every successful manufacturing company has a team of professionals who keep the business moving, from Finance and IT to Sales, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, and other corporate functions. We're looking for an experienced Human Resources leader who understands how to build, support, and develop those teams.

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while driving initiatives that strengthen talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across the U.If your background has been centered around supporting corporate business functions within a manufacturing company, not managing plant HR operations, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Be Responsible For Rather than simply administering HR programs, you'll help shape how the organization attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent.

Coaching leaders through employee performance, engagement, and complex employee relations matters

Leading change management initiatives during periods of business transformation

Ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices across multiple states

Supporting executive recruiting and leadership talent acquisition

Driving performance management and career development programs

Helping cultivate a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture

The Experience We're Looking For We're searching for someone who has successfully operated as a strategic HR business partner within a complex corporate environment.

10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience

Senior HR leadership experience supporting corporate departments such as Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, or other business functions

Experience working within a manufacturing company while focusing primarily on corporate employees rather than plant operations

Strong knowledge of employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, and employment law

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (advanced degree is a plus)
