Job Description

Lindsey McCarthy with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity with a non‑profit for a Recruiter in Getzville, New York. As a Recruiter, you will be primarily responsible for hiring a range of various. You will be handling all stages of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities

Managing the entire recruitment process for various job roles within the organization

Overseeing job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Conducting initial phone interviews to screen potential candidates.

Scheduling in‑person interviews with suitable candidates.

Creating and sending offer letters to selected candidates.

Coordinating and executing onboarding activities for new employees.

Attending job fairs and college campus events to scout for potential candidates.

Utilizing the UKG or Ultipro for applicant tracking system and onboarding processes.

Engaging in corporate recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role within the HR field

Proficient in using UKG Ready for HR management tasks

Demonstrable experience with corporate recruiting

Excellent understanding of full‑cycle recruitment processes

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Strong decision‑making skills

Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and conditions

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates

Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing

Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Ability to work effectively in a team or individually as required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
