Production Associate

Are you looking to jumpstart a career in manufacturing? As a Production Associate at Closet America, you'll be hands-on with our fabrication equipment, helping bring custom closet and organization systems to life. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and work ethic.

Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently (training provided)

Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met

Support training of new team members once proficient

Carry out repetitive, routine tasks and rotate across equipment as needed

Recommend process improvements and take on additional duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED required

Forklift certification a plus (not required)

No manufacturing experience required—we'll train you!

Comfortable with structure, routines, and repetitive tasks

Eagerness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting

Full-time: 40 hours/week minimum

Monday–Friday; some Saturdays and overtime as needed

Bi-weekly pay schedule

Eligible for overtime pay per FLSA standards
