Job Title: Mechanical Technician Job Description
The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficient operation of snowplows and trailers. The role involves customizing customers' vehicles, trailers, and equipment by installing flatbeds, utility bodies, fire bodies, and switch-and-go bodies.
Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on snowplows and trailers to identify and address mechanical issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil/fluid changes, brake adjustments, and hydraulic system checks.
Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure proper operation.
Mechanical skills
Experience in repair and installation
1 year+ of working in a body shop with fabrication and mechanical knowledge
~ Experience with snowplow and trailer systems, including hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical components

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bozeman, MT.
