Procurement Specialist
$This position is on-site only and located in Lincoln, Nebraska. Are you looking for more than a "traditional" procurement role? Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Procurement Specialist who is excited about the opportunity to help grow and strengthen an evolving procurement department. Bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to procurement strategies.
Lead procurement activities across the organization, including purchasing, competitive sourcing (RFQs/RFPs), vendor selection, and new product or service implementations.
Manage supplier relationships through vendor onboarding, ongoing performance monitoring, contract support, and vendor risk identification.
Partner with Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing issues, improve procurement workflows, and support system enhancements.
Develop and maintain procurement reporting, KPIs, and analytics to drive informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
At least 2 years' experience with procurement, purchasing, or supply chain practices.
Associates degree and/or procurement related work experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word Processing, and database applications.
Ability to learn quickly with little supervision.
Facilities and/or MRO (Maintenance Repair, and Operations) experience.
