RN - Registered Nurse (Full-time Night Shift or Part-time Day Shift)

Overview Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Macon, GA area for the position of Registered Nurse - Med Surg. Nurses with experience in cardiac, couplet care, EKG monitoring, educator roles, fundal massage, wound & drain care, and related areas are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic medical conditions.

Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and facilitate discharge planning.

Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care.

Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies.

Qualifications Associate’s Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing.

Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.

1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting.

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.

Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.

Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Job Details Shift(s) available: day, night, and mid shifts.

Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem.
