Ambulatory Care RN PRN

Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Coumadin Clinic on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide anticoagulation management, patient education, and close monitoring to ensure safe and effective therapy.
