Job Description

The Communications Coordinator will help plan, organize, and execute communication activities across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional environment.
You will work closely with different teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, timely, and aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and coordinating company communications and written materials.
Prepare professional announcements, presentations, internal updates, and business correspondence.
Coordinate communication projects from planning through completion.
Maintain consistency in company messaging, tone, and branding.
Collaborate with different departments to gather information and communicate important updates.
Review and proofread materials for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and professionalism.
Help organize communication schedules, campaigns, meetings, and related projects.
Maintain communication documents, templates, records, and project materials.
Track project deadlines and ensure assigned communication tasks are completed on schedule.
Support leadership and team members with communication-related initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and overall message effectiveness.
