We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join a growing organization in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or HR professional with 0–3 years of experience who wants broad exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Support recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and background/reference checks
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
Support payroll-related administrative activities
Respond to employee questions and assist with HR-related concerns
HR Compliance & Documentation
Support employee handbook and HR policy updates
Administrative Operations
Support day-to-day office administration and general business operations
Coordinate meetings, travel, office supplies, and other administrative activities
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Assist with documentation and policy manuals
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–3 years of HR, HR operations, administration, or support experience
- Fluent English and Spanish – MANDATORY
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel
- Experience with Excel formulas and pivot tables; macros and Power BI are a plus
- Basic understanding of payroll, HR documentation, and accounting principles
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally
- HR or Office Administration certification is a plus
