Independent Living ConciergeWe are currently interviewing for part time, 3:00pm - 11:00pm and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM, Every other weekendOur Independent Living Concierge team plays a key role in our success. They greet residents, employees and guests warmly, by name and professionally and treat everyone with courteous respect. They are a vital resource of medical knowledge for our residents and staff for when necessary to handle or support responding to medical emergencies within our independent living setting. They listen to medical concerns in an efficient manner. They are responsible for medication reminders and can assist in direct resident care as necessary. The Independent Living Concierge/Medical Assistant is an important component to our Hospitality Team striving to maintain the overall Wellness of our residents.Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.A. or Certified Medication Aide, Medical Assistant, or EMT experience is strongly preferred for when responding to medical emergencies.At least six months medical and customer service experience.
