CNC Programmers, 1st and 2nd shifts

Job Title: CNC Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC mills or lathes for short runs, typically no more than 25 parts. The ideal candidate will read blueprints to determine part specifications and machine operation requirements, change tools, make minor adjustments to programs, and inspect products using micrometers, calipers, and other gauges. The position also involves performing preventative maintenance on machinery and working in CNC cells of 2-4 machines, setting up and operating all machines, including Dousan, Haas, Cincinnati, and Mazak.

2+ years of CNC setup experience, independently performing setups (4+ per week).
~ Familiarity with G&M Code, Lathe, Mill, and CNC programming.

Programming experience is advantageous.

Work in a machine and assembly shop with 250 employees in the U.Openings are available on the 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:00 pm) and 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm), with a 10% shift premium for the 2nd shift. Training will take place on the 1st shift for 1-3 months before moving to the 2nd shift, with the shift premium applicable during training.
