Warehouse Associate

Our Warehouse associate is instrumental in the success of our mission. To provide efficient service with precise distribution of product. We believe in cross training our team to better support the needs of the business.

Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves.

Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.

Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in warehouse.

Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses

Examine and inspect stock items for defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or on computer.

Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, with new or transferred merchandise.

Compare merchandise invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct.

Mark stock items, using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.

Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished.

Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions.

Provide assistance or direction to other warehouse workers.

Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Keep records on the use or damage of stock or stock-handling equipment.

Operate equipment such as forklifts if certified.

Receive, unload, open, unpack merchandise.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read and understand English to compare and comprehend product specs and descriptions.

Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and motorized warehouse equipment in accordance with safety protocols and procedures.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for shifts ranging from 8 - 10 hours.

At least 1 year of warehouse distribution experience preferred.

$17.00 PER HOUR!
