What Youll Do:

As a Receptionist Insurance Agency Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a welcoming and professional office environment. Youll assist with customer service needs, support sales efforts, and help maintain strong client relationships. Youll work closely with the agency team to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional customer experience.

Your Day-to-Day:

Greet customers and establish positive relationships

Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs

Market appropriate insurance and financial service products

Assist with administrative and office support tasks

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Support the team in achieving office goals and performance targets
