Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center's Pacific Campus.
Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.
Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women's-focused programs.

We prioritize patient recovery, offering a supportive environment and a comprehensive plan for long-term sobriety and improved mental health.

Adult inpatient caseload consisting of 15-18 total encounters per day.
Flexible Schedule: Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care duties are finished.
Primary Duties: Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.
Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
Leadership and Growth Opportunities: Unit Directorship/Leadership appointment available if interested.
Full time employed W-2 position.
Unit or Service Line Directorship: Bonus structure: Additional earnings potential through productivity bonus plan and additional call & weekend shifts.

Certifications: BC/BE in General Psychiatry (required).
Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license.
Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
