Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse for the MedSurg/Tele unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical telemetry and be ready to handle a variety of patient diagnoses, including chest pain, stroke, and respiratory illness. Responsibilities
Manage patient care for a variety of diagnoses
Interpret cardiac rhythms and provide trach care
Conduct PIV starts and manage chest tubes
Manage medication drips, including cardiac, Heparin, and blood products
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best patient outcomes
Qualifications
Required:

• 18 months Med/Tele experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• General Med/Tele skillset including cardiac rhythm interpretation and stroke experience
