Senior recruiter recruitment

The Senior Recruiter will be based on-site in Salisbury, NC. Join the Talent Acquisition team at Jabil and drive sourcing strategy in a highly competitive market.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from recruiting strategy meetings through offer.

Partner closely with Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, including diversity outreach and strong candidate flow.

Leverage marketplace analytics and the employee value proposition to engage passive candidates and build future pipelines.

Deep understanding of sourcing and recruiting passive candidates, attracting qualified slates, and creating a strong candidate experience.

Ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Works closely with hiring managers and business leaders to determine human capital needs and ensure efficient hiring.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in full‑lifecycle recruiting.

Extensive networking and deep knowledge of leading search practices, covering sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage & salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.

Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience accepted.
