Laborers - Full Time on crew

A GED and/or high school diploma and/or 1 years' experience.

Must be knowledgeable of basic tools and able to operate basic power tools such as cordless drills/drivers, jigsaws, table saws, sanders, grinders, air compressors, tape measures, etc.

This position assists several members of the crew in the completion of various tasks to successfully complete a project.

Operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, and a variety of other equipment and instruments

Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, or compact and level earth using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes

Must keep work area, tools, and equipment clean and in working condition

Follow all Company policies and procedures and obtain certifications at Company/Client request, including but not limited to, BBP, Onsite Orientations, First Aid, CPR, Annual OSHA Training, PEC, H2S

The role requires frequent physical activity, including lifting, bending, and moving in various environmental conditions.

Work involves exposure to typical construction site conditions such as dust, noise, and outdoor weather.

Position Type, Travel, and Work Schedule

This is a full-time position. Typical work hours are Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Flexibility is required to accommodate project schedules.
