Onboarding Specialist Location: Andover, MA (on-site Monday-Friday) Pay: Hourly Rate Company Overview: Join our dynamic team at Black Diamond Networks, a leading staffing agency providing highly qualified consultants to the Life Sciences, Engineering, and Technology sectors. We want energetic, on the ground team players like you who are at the top of their game. What you’ll do: Act as a liaison between the Operations/Sales & recruiting teams and BDN Contractors
Provide support for the BDN Contractors
Use problem solving skills to find ways to meet the needs of the BDN Contractors
Ensure onboarding documents and other requirements are properly completed prior to the start of an assignment
Communicate with Account Executives and Recruiters to ensure proper documentation is completed and received
Send out and review contractor paperwork
