Hospital RN/LPN - Night Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Tele
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with recent Med Surg experience for a post-surgical observation unit. The candidate will work in a dynamic healthcare environment and will be involved in transitioning to team nursing, backed by LPN support.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg/Tele environment.
Monitor and assess patient conditions post-surgery.
Implement plans of care and document patient progress.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on post-operative care and preventive measures.
Qualifications

Must possess a valid nursing license compliant with NLC guidelines.
Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg experience required.
At least 1 year of travel nursing experience is mandatory.
Ability to work in a night shift schedule (3x12-hour shifts).
Willingness to work weekends as needed.
