Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Post-Surgical Care

The role involves caring for patients recovering from cardiac and vascular surgeries. The unit is a fast-paced surgical step-down environment. Registered Nurses will work as part of a multidisciplinary team. There are a total of 32 beds including both monitored and non-monitored levels of care. Nurse-patient ratios are typically 1:3 during the day and 1:4 at night. The role emphasizes the importance of continuous cardiac monitoring for certain patients.
