Model-Based Systems Engineer For Nuclear Command, Control And Communications (Nc3)

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.As a Model-Based Systems Engineer for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), you'll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying the next generation of Strategic Weapon Systems using cutting-edge MBSE methodologies and digital engineering practices.

We encourage you to apply if you have hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Systems and Test Engineering, Requirements Management, and Agile Development.

Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) , including direct hands-on experience with industry-leading MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler

Experience applying MBSE to architect complex systems, including functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis

Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards with an MBSE-first mindset

Experience working within DoDAF or similar architecture frameworks to support digital engineering initiatives

Creative thinker who can leverage MBSE models to quickly communicate complex system designs and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity

Commitment to ongoing professional development, particularly in advancing MBSE practices and digital engineering capabilities
