About Stern at Home Therapy:

We're a home therapy practice built around a simple belief: clinicians do their best work when they have real autonomy. Our PTs set their own schedules, treat one patient at a time, and have a dedicated admin team behind them handling the logistics. You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Warwick and surrounding Orange County communities, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination - you focus on the patient in front of you. New to home care or just want extra confidence before going solo?
