In this role, you'll write accurate, detailed repair estimates, serve as a primary point of contact for customers and insurance partners, and help guide each repair from intake through completion. Collision Estimator (Full-Time) Location: Kniesel's Collision - Rocklin, 4680 Pacific St., Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service by clearly explaining repair plans, maintaining open communication throughout the repair process, promptly addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction upon completion.
Demonstrated proficiency in collision estimating processes, including body, frame, mechanical, and paint operations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with body technicians and other team members to manage repair timelines and deliver high-quality repairs.
Compliance & Quality Control: Perform quality inspections to ensure repairs meet Kniesel's standards, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all regulatory guidelines.
2+ years of experience as a collision estimator or in a related role is required.

• Knowledge of CCC1, Mitchell, and other collision repair estimating software.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, insurance companies, and team members.
• Familiarity with Nexsyis management software is a plus.
