The Doctor of Physical Therapy ( DPT ) Program invites applications for a full-time, 9-month faculty position. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of faculty dedicated to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service, contributing to the mission of preparing competent and compassionate physical therapists who serve their communities through evidence-based practice. This position also includes responsibilities in teaching, scholarship, and service to the program, college, and university
Provide instruction and mentorship in related clinical content areas, including acute care, home health, and skilled nursing facility ( SNF ) practice.
Engage in scholarly activity consistent with program and institutional expectations, including research, publication, and professional presentations.
Advise and mentor students regarding academic, clinical, and professional development.
Contribute to service activities within the program, department, college, university, and professional community.
Ability to integrate clinical experience into academic instruction using evidence-based and contemporary teaching methods.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and clinical partners.
Earned doctorate (PhD, EdD, ScD, DSc, DPT , or tDPT) required.
Established record of academic or clinical teaching experience.
Record of scholarly productivity and professional service.
