Our client, an American entertainment provider company, is hiring an Executive Assistant in Kissimmee, FL. Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid Location: Friday remote Position Summary: Are you an experienced Executive Support Professional who excels at supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment? This role serves as a critical partner to a high-performing leadership team and requires exceptional organization, discretion, proactive problem-solving, and strong relationship-building skills. The organization works across multiple lines of business and disciplines to deliver strategic marketing, media planning, audience insights, and investment optimization. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting leaders while contributing to an environment focused on data-driven decision-making, innovation, and business growth. The Senior Executive Support Professional will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and coordination of the leaders they support. While the position includes traditional executive support responsibilities such as calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting, success in this role is fundamentally about partnership, organization, anticipation, and proactive problem-solving. Coordinate meetings, scheduling, phone support, logistical planning, and other day-to-day administrative needs.
Serve as a central point of coordination across multiple leadership teams, proactively identifying conflicts, dependencies, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
Interact with internal and external partners on behalf of leadership, often serving as the first point of contact.
Maintain regular communication and coordination with the broader administrative support team.
Build strong partnerships with Directors, Senior Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary management, trip oversight, meeting logistics, and expense reconciliation.
Provide consistent, high-quality executive support in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously, including complex calendar management, competing priorities, travel coordination, and executive communications.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential and highly sensitive information.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to work independently while building strong partnerships across teams and functions.
SAP experience preferred.
Professional presence, executive-level discretion, and a service-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
