Restaurant Food Server - 2nd Shift

The ideal cook candidate is a skilled, disciplined professional with a strong culinary foundation and a commitment to excellence. A deep understanding of ingredients, presentation, and timing is essential, along with a collaborative mindset and respect for the hierarchy of the kitchen. The candidate should demonstrate passion for hospitality and take pride in contributing to an elevated guest experience through consistently exceptional cuisine.

A Food Server is responsible for the experience of the guest. With full knowledge of all menus, food, wine, beer, and spirits, the restaurant server is also a representative of American Place Casino.

Building and establishing a personal clientele through guest interaction, name/face recognition

Responsible for a cash bank to insure quick service for our cash paying guests

Maintaining cleanliness of shift area and service bar/stations

Following all policies and procedures set forth by the company

Education and/or Experience: Preferred: Bi-lingual a plus

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Restaurant servers must possess a working knowledge of the systems used within our company. In particular the cocktail server must be proficient in the following:

Food knowledge

Beverage knowledge

Cash handling procedures
