Estimator - Construction Subcontractor

Freeman Coastal Construction is a licensed Florida General Contractor specializing in commercial and residential construction. We are expanding and looking for a motivated, self-driven Construction Estimator to help us grow our presence throughout Central Florida.

Compensation

100% Commission-Based

Ideal for experienced estimators with industry relationships and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Identify and bid commercial and residential construction opportunities

Review blueprints, plans, and specifications

Prepare accurate estimates and competitive proposals

Build relationships with owners, developers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed

Work closely with project management to ensure smooth project transitions

Qualifications

Experience estimating construction projects

Ability to read blueprints and construction documents

Knowledge of Florida construction practices and building codes

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently

Service Area

Projects located throughout Central Florida, with a primary focus on Brevard County and surrounding areas.
