Dentistry, Full-Time Dentist

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dentist located in Arlington, TN. The Dentist will be responsible for performing routine dental check-ups, diagnosing and treating dental conditions, developing treatment plans, and overseeing dental hygienists and assistants. The role includes providing preventive care, restorative treatments, cosmetic procedures, and patient education. The Dentist will also maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all dental regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications
Proficiency in diagnostic and treatment skills, including general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry
Strong patient management skills, with the ability to educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Valid state dental license in Tennessee and Arkansas
Preferred: At least two years experience
