Location: Work remotely, but training will be in the Orlando facility. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will develop relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to design and drive successful recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the business. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring needs of the business. Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies and support hiring decisions. Provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent. Conduct full cycle retail recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and screening talent. Understand recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements. Support workforce planning and recruiting projection process for the organization. Provide support and guidance to hiring managers as it relates to interviewing, candidate evaluation and selection. Strong customer service-oriented professional that has experience managing high-volume (Frontline and Non-Exempt), Field exempt (Supervisor) and corporate roles as well as talent pipeline development. Other projects or duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree in related field with 0 - 1 years related experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience. Experience in high volume (frontline) full cycle recruiting. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems. Previous knowledge in staffing and recruitment initiatives. Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to multi-task between many different projects. Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutions. in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations. Masters in related field. Experience in a fast-paced and growing multi-unit organization. Experience in a corporate recruitment environment. Experience working with temporary employee agencies; testing/assessments and vendor selection.
