Nurse (Health Care)

Alpha Home Health and Hospice

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Wound Care to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and personalized manner.

Responsibilities include

Assessing patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes

Performing procedures, monitoring, and documenting care as ordered

Administering medications and responding to therapeutic responses

Responding to patient requests and anticipating needs

Educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and follow‑up care

Qualifications Required Are

Registered Nurse (RN) license

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of 3 years of experience

Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

Skills include strong assessment, communication, and patient advocacy, with a focus on delivering compassionate care that aligns with organizational standards and values.
