Hybrid work schedule

This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and growth in our Food Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) division. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

Proven work experience as a National sales manager or Director of Sales in the Food CPG industry.

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

The ability to travel as needed.

A Bachelors degree in Business or related field. An MBA would be considered an asset.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
