About the Role
Rx relief is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Compound Pharmacistto support a high-volume 503A compounding pharmacy near Plano, TX for multiple positions. Thesepositions playa critical role in prescription verification, sterile and non-sterile compounding oversight, and ensuring compliance with USP , , and standards.

Primary Responsibilities
Verify compounded and non-compounded prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance
Oversee sterile and non-sterile lab operations during overnight hours
Review compounding records, ensure adherence to aseptic procedures, and maintain quality documentation
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and timely order processing and shipping
Maintain compliance with state board, DEA, and USP regulations
Communicate any necessary follow-ups or issues to the day team

Requirements
Active Pharmacist license in Texas
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
Experience with sterile compounding
Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions for overnight position
Knowledge of USP compounding standards and pharmacy software systems

Preferred Experience
Oversight of sterile compounding (USP / )
Prior experience in a high-volume or mail-order pharmacy
