Our To-Go Team Members are the final handshake, the last smile, and the friendly face guests see before enjoying their meal at home. You play a critical role in ensuring every off-premise order reflects our commitment to quality, hospitality, and Texas-sized flavor. You don't just hand out bags; you deliver the Texas/Sagebrush Steakhouse experience.

What You'll Do

Take and process to-go and delivery orders accurately and efficiently

Double-check every order to ensure it's hot, fresh, and perfectly packed

Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team

Greet guests picking up orders with a warm, friendly attitude

Keep the to-go area clean, stocked, and running smoothly

Support delivery drivers with organized, ready-to-go orders

Support all company initiatives as directed (Reviews, Loyalty Clubs, etc.)

You're the captain of carryout and the guardian of great guest experiences.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Comfortable using POS systems and basic technology

Strong communication skills

Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
