Bucket OperatorGunnison Company, located in Atlanta, GA, is an industry-leading provider of tree and vegetation management services for a growing list of sectors including utility, industrial, government/DOT, residential, and commercial. Duties include assisting with the clearing and removal of trees along electrical power lines and right-of-ways. A Bucket Operator operates an aerial lift device (bucket truck) to reach branches interfering with electric lines Given the dangerous nature of the work required, employees must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.Removes branches and tree material.Operates and services equipment, such as gasoline, hydraulic tools, power saws, power winches, bucket, chipper, and sprayers.Sprays brush and stumps, making proper and selective application of herbicides.Experience - warehouse, laborer, tree service, general laborMust be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments.Must be able to operate and service all required tools and equipment.A CDL License / Valid Driver's License is preferred.Lifting over 10 pounds to 50 poundsGrippingClimbingClimbing on and off truckBalancingPulling and PushingJob Type: Full-time
