What you'll do Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of Parser.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements.

Prioritize product features and initiatives based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, maintaining a well-defined product roadmap.

Lead product development cycles, from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet user expectations.

Monitor product performance metrics post-launch, gathering insights to inform future iterations and improvements.

Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on product progress, challenges, and successes.

Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, addressing concerns and gathering feedback from users and internal teams.

Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Organize and lead product workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Parser remains at the forefront of product innovation.

Build strong relationships with customers and partners to gather insights and feedback that inform product development.

Requirements Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products in a tech-driven environment.

Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and non-technical audiences.

Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Nice to have Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating with design teams.

Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance.

Experience in the SaaS industry or related fields, with an understanding of subscription-based business models.

Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment.

A background in software development or technical understanding of software engineering principles.

Skills & tools Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana for project tracking and collaboration.

Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.

Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling product presentations for stakeholders.

Practical notes This position is based in Greater London, with opportunities for remote work flexibility.

The ideal candidate should be willing to travel occasionally for team meetings or industry events.
