In this role, The RN Nurse Recruiter will be responsible for strategically identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates to meet the hospital's staffing needs. Certification in specialty preferred or specifically certified health-care recruiter, or PHR or SPHR certification

3-5 years recruitment experience to include a minimum of 2 years working in a health-care environment or like environment

Intermediate competency with Applicant Tracking Systems, Excel and Word such as pro difficulty with managing data, pulling data reports, custom formatting spreadsheets, consolidated spreadsheets, data filtering, manage data in lists, work with custom styles, create customized graphic elements, control text flow, automate common tasks, automate document creation, performing mail merges

Sensitivity in handling confidential information

Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment plans for high volume recruitments and difficult to fill positions.
