Quality Assurance Analyst (Legal Documentation Review)

We are not accepting C2C or 1099 arrangements.

Location: West Des Moines, IA (Onsite - 5 Days per Week)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support a team responsible for reviewing legal documentation related to civil legal matters and collections activities. In this role, you will perform quality reviews of legal documents to ensure accuracy, compliance with state-specific requirements, and readiness for submission to external legal partners.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in quality assurance, legal operations, litigation support, collections, or paralegal work who possess strong analytical and documentation review skills.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable state requirements.
Compare legal documentation against supporting records to ensure consistency and correctness.
Conduct quality assurance reviews before documents are sent to third-party legal partners.
Verify notarizations and other required legal elements within documentation.
Perform judgment and complaint validation reviews, as needed.
Identify discrepancies, escalate issues appropriately, and help ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail while managing document review workloads.
Minimum Qualifications

1+ year of professional experience in quality assurance, legal operations, litigation support, collections, or a related field.
Experience reviewing, validating, or auditing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including:
Excel
Outlook
Word
PowerPoint
Microsoft Teams

Strong computer and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of collection laws and regulations.
Experience with civil litigation procedures and legal documentation.
Prior experience functioning in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control capacity.
Understanding of credit card servicing, collections, or related financial products.
Paralegal certification or related legal education.
Work Environment
Location: 800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA
Schedule: 100% onsite, 5 days per week (required)
